Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UK data-protection law.

Last updated: 21 July 2026

Who we are

Fracct Homes Riviera is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at contact@fraccthomes.com or +33 4 85 69 47 09 for any privacy-related query.

Data we collect

When you submit an enquiry or register your interest, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number (if given), your message, and — where relevant — the reference of the property you are enquiring about.

We also record your consent choices (acceptance of our terms, and whether you have opted in to marketing) and basic technical data such as your interactions with our forms.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and provide our advisory services (on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in serving prospective clients).

We only send you marketing communications where you have given separate, explicit consent by ticking the optional marketing checkbox. This consent is never bundled with acceptance of our terms, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Legal bases

We rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for marketing communications); the performance of, or steps toward, a contract (to handle your enquiry); and our legitimate interests (to operate and improve our advisory service), balanced against your rights.

Sharing your data

We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example our CRM (Apimo Pro), hosting and email providers — under appropriate contractual safeguards. Where relevant to your enquiry, we may share details with the vendor, landlord or their agent.

We do not sell your personal data. Any international transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, where applicable, analytics cookies subject to your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
