ANTI-TAX EVASION VALUE STATEMENT

At Fracct Homes, we are committed to conducting our business with the utmost integrity, in full compliance with all applicable French tax laws and regulations. This includes the obligations set out in the Code Général des Impôts, the Code Pénal, and relevant anti-money laundering legislation.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards tax evasion and the facilitation of tax fraud in any form, whether under French law or the law of any foreign jurisdiction.

We expect all employees, agents, partners, and third-party service providers to adhere strictly to this policy and to act at all times in a way that upholds the principles of transparency, legality, and ethical conduct.

No person acting on behalf of Fracct Homes shall:

  • Engage in, or assist any party in, the deliberate evasion of French or foreign tax;

  • Facilitate, conceal, or enable any tax fraud scheme;

  • Circumvent the legal obligations relating to fiscal declarations or financial reporting.

Fracct Homes complies with its obligations as a real estate professional (professionnel de l'immobilier) under France’s anti-money laundering framework, including the duty to report any suspicious financial transactions to TRACFIN, the national anti-money laundering agency.

We distinguish clearly between lawful tax planning, which complies with applicable legislation, and tax evasion, which constitutes a criminal offence under French law.
