Anti-Tax Evasion Value Statement
Fracct Homes Riviera is committed to conducting business lawfully, ethically and transparently. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to tax evasion and to the facilitation of tax evasion, whether under UK, French, Monégasque or any other applicable law.
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Our commitment
We do not tolerate tax evasion, nor the criminal facilitation of tax evasion, by any person acting on our behalf. This commitment reflects our values and our obligations under legislation including the UK Criminal Finances Act 2017 and equivalent measures in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
We expect the same standards from everyone we work with — clients, partners, introducers and suppliers alike.
What this means in practice
We conduct appropriate due diligence and know-your-client checks on the parties to a transaction, in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations applicable to real estate.
We verify the source of funds where required, maintain clear records, and decline to act where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is structured to facilitate tax evasion or other financial crime.
Our people and partners
All those acting for or on behalf of Fracct Homes Riviera are expected to understand and uphold this statement. We provide guidance to help them recognise and avoid situations that could involve the facilitation of tax evasion.
Any partner or introducer engaged through our partner programme agrees to act consistently with these principles.
Reporting concerns
If you have any concern that a transaction or relationship may involve tax evasion or its facilitation, we encourage you to contact us in confidence at contact@fraccthomes.com. Concerns raised in good faith will be treated seriously and without detriment to the person raising them.
Review
We keep this statement and our related procedures under regular review to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving legal requirements and best practice.
